Bayside Health - Alfred Care Group is recognised as a Level III training hospital by the RACP, meaning all 36 months of basic training can be undertaken within its rotations. In addition to rotations within Bayside Health - Alfred Care Group, BPT 2/3 rotations include Frankston Hospital, Goulburn Valley Health, Mildura Base Hospital, and Calvary Health Care, Bethlehem which are part of the Bayside – Peninsula Consortium.
Bayside Health - Alfred Care Group has a high success rate in both the written and clinical FRACP exams over many years, with senior staff committed to supporting registrars through the exam process. Rotations are tailored around exam and course times so candidates remain local during exam preparation.
