This course invites participants to reflect on how our senses can help us make sense of the world, our wellbeing and relationships. Learn new ways to look after yourself or those you care for or support.
We welcome staff members, students on placements, service users as well as their friends and families of choice, and people from the community in which we live and work. For the first time, we’re holding the course in a community setting at local gallery space.
