Course overview

Our education day, facilitated by Nursing and Allied Health Manual Handling coordinators, takes an interdisciplinary focus on the holistic care of patients with bariatric needs during their hospital journey.

The program includes a combination of theory and practical components which will cover some key aspects bariatric care, integrated risk management and clinical decision making.

Equipment companies involved in this program will have industry displays offering the latest information and products.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
