This five-day course offers an exceptional chance to refine your leadership capabilities, propelling you from a distinguished clinician to an outstanding leader. The roles of leadership and management are inherent aspects of a physician’s profession. Even without overt acknowledgment, doctors are frequently at the helm of team management, pioneering service enhancements, offering opportunities for staff growth, and actively participating in the daily operations of their units.

Over five-days, participants take part in personal reflections, lectures, group tasks, case studies and other activities to enable their development as well-rounded, well-networked clinical leaders. Participants will be provided with self-directed online pre-learning activities (approximately 10 hours) in preparation for the program.
