The transition from ED resident to registrar is one of the most challenging steps in an emergency doctor’s career, marked by increased clinical responsibility and leadership demands.

These challenges are common across both major and regional/rural centers. This program is designed to prepare ED registrars for their first years of training, focusing on the skills required to balance leadership and learning.
