Across the 10-part series, experienced endocrinologists and multidisciplinary experts will cover the full spectrum of type 2 diabetes management — from early detection and lifestyle intervention to complex pharmacotherapy, technology, and prevention and management of complications including cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, foot disease, frailty and atypical diabetes.

This session will focus on:

  • When to initiate insulin in type 2 diabetes
  • How to initiate and titrate insulin in type 2 diabetes
  • What to do with other glucose lowering agents when initiating insulin
  • Sick day management for type 2 diabetes
