Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Clinic

Patient information

View Health Professional Information
We specialise looking after patients with malignant haematology (acute leukaemias, MDSs, MPNs, lymphomas) and non-malignant (bone marrow failure syndromes, immunodeficiency) conditions requiring a stem cell transplant.

What we do

We perform both allogeneic (donated peripheral blood stem cell from family or unrelated donors from national and international registries) and autologous (patients own stem cells) stem cell transplants. We are one of only 3 adult allogeneic transplant centres in Victoria.
