A prospective, multi-centre, single-arm non-randomised phase 2 clinical trial. This study will aim to deliver SABR to the prostate 35 Gy in 5 fractions, one fraction per week, in individuals with de novo metastatic prostate cancer.

Key inclusion data

INCLUSION: Histologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma. Evidence of metastatic disease (M1a/b/c) on prostate specific membrane antigen positron emission tomography (PSMA PET) or CT/ bone scan staging. EXCLUSION: Prior definitive prostate cancer treatment (prostatectomy and/or prostate radiotherapy). Prior pelvic radiotherapy.
