Key inclusion data
INCLUSION: Adults; eGFR 20-44 or eGFR 45-90 with uACR > 22.6mg/mmol or uPCR > 33.9mg/mmol; On SGLT2i or agree to change or commence.
EXCLUSION: K+ >5.2mmol at screening; Liver Cirrhosis/ ALT AST > 3 x ULN; T1DM; Dialysis/ Kidney Transplant; Currently on MRA/ or clinically appropriate to commence MRA; Dementia or invasive caner treatment; Pregnancy.
