Key inclusion data

INCLUSION: Confirmed diagnosis of advanced GIST; Initiated ripretinib within the pre-specified index window 2021-02-01 and 2025-01-01; Received at least two prior lines of TKI therapy prior to initiating ripretinib as a 3L+ therapy. Note: receiving multiple treatments (combination therapies) in a single line will count as one line of therapy). EXCLUSION: Patients that received ripretinib as part of a clinical trial (e.g., INVICTUS) will be excluded.
