A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Maintenance of Effect of NBI-1065845 as an Adjunctive Treatment in Subjects with Major Depressive Disorder [MDD] (NCT07196501)

A prospective, multi-centre, single-arm non-randomised phase 2 clinical trial. This study will aim to deliver SABR to the prostate 35 Gy in 5 fractions, one fraction per week, in individuals with de novo metastatic prostate cancer.

Key inclusion data

Inclusion criteria include: MDD or PDD diagnosis with severe symptoms Having tried 1 to 5 antidepressants in current episode, with inadequate response Exclusion Criteria include: Comorbidities other than depression being the focus of treatment in the past year History of seizures or convulsions
