Key inclusion data
Histologically or cytologically confirmed metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas (PDAC) with a KRAS G12D mutation. ECOG Performance status 0 or 1. No prior systemic treatment for metastatic PDAC. No prior treatment with any KRAS inhibitor. No known active CNS metastases.More information
