Orthotics & Prosthetics careers

The Orthotic & Prosthetic Department provides orthotic management to inpatients and outpatients, for acute conditions and chronic disease conditions, within a wide variety of clinical units.

We strive to provide patient centred, high-quality care.

As Alfred Health is the major trauma centre for Victoria, our team is one of the largest in the state and is made up of over 15 clinicians, working across all three Alfred Health sites. Our team have come to Alfred Health for a variety of reasons; the diversity of our work, our research and innovation, the high acuity and complexity of the people we care for, and to work alongside leaders in our profession. They’ve stayed because of our inclusive and supportive leadership, our culture of teamwork, our opportunities for growth, and the way our organisation recognises the impact we make on the lives of the people we care for.

We are a team of Orthotists & Prosthetist from across the globe and are strengthened as a group by the diversity of our people. Alfred Health is a welcoming and supportive place that will bring out the best in you as a professional.
