Dr Akshay Bapat
MBBS BMedSc FRACP FRCPA
Dr Bapat is a haematologist with fellowship of the RACP and RCPA.
Dr Bapat completed his medical degree at the University of Melbourne and underwent specialist training at Northern Health, the Royal Hobart Hospital, Alfred Health and Monash Health. He then completed a clinical trials fellowship at the Alfred with a focus on lymphoma and cellular therapies, involving delivering novel therapies to patients with blood cancers.
At The Alfred, Akshay works in the lymphoma and CAR-T service and is committed to delivering compassionate and patient-centred care.
