Alfred Health aims to reduce the harm associated with prolonged sitting by supporting sit-to-stand work environments.
More than 800 employees now use sit-to-stand workstations, enabling them to work in either sitting or standing positions. Sit-to-stand meeting rooms are also available. A range of products are available for purchase within operating budgets.

Staff Immunisation & Exposure Management (SIEM)
Alfred Health offers a comprehensive immunisation and vaccination service for healthcare workers.
All staff must attend SIEM for review and are asked to provide relevant documentation regarding their vaccination/ immune status.
Annual vaccinations are available for influenza and staff are all offered the opportunity to receive various forms of free immunisations.
