The Patients Come First Strategy is an important document that supports Alfred Health’s Strategic Plan by outlining how we will deliver on our primary goal; providing high-quality patient-centred care. You can find out more about the previous strategy and some of the highlights here.
We want to hear from you
Our previous strategy helped drive improvements during 2016-2020. We want to make sure healthcare consumers and healthcare providers have the chance to share what’s important to them when it comes to improving healthcare participation and the experience of all patients.
We want to hear from you about how we can:
- strengthen person and family centred care
- improve healthcare experiences for all patients and families at Alfred Health
