The Hon Martin Foley as an experienced Minister for Health and Minister for Mental Health brings an understanding of the community operations of the Health system.
With a background in government, community organisations and Industrial relations he holds a Masters of Commerce and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He is a Board Member of RISING Festival, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Melbourne Arts Precinct Corporation.
