Our six Professional Practice Pillars guide the way we work, and how we invest in our people. Each Pillar has a workplan that is developed every three years through extensive consultation with our staff. The development and implementation of the projects within these workplans is driven by our Professional Practice Pillar Committees, which are comprised of Allied Health Senior Leaders, Pillar Leads, and our expert clinicians.
Our committee Terms of Reference dictate that opportunities for our clinicians and leaders to contribute to a committee in which they have developed skills and interest regularly present.

People, Wellbeing & Leadership Development
