The Ultrasound CORE Course
Developed for and taught by Emergency Physicians, The Ultrasound Course will provide you with the skills and resources to undertake ultrasound effectively and with confidence.

Experienced faculty will develop your technical and interpretation skills, and enable you to integrate or extend ultrasound use and findings in your practice.
With two workshops available at specific experience levels, each course involves a combination of hands-on skills-stations, case-based discussions and lectures.
This entry-level course will provide you with basic probe handling and manipulation skills.
Embark on developing your skills to perform and integrate eFAST and AAA scanning into your daily practice in the ED, Urgent Care Centre, ICU or GP practice.
An introduction to the vascular access module will improve your skills in gaining ultrasound guided peripheral intravenous, arterial and central access.
Registration includes approximately 10 hours of pre-course study (materials provided), to ensure you can get the most from your attendance.
