Drinks trials
Four behavioural insights trials were implemented to investigate whether small changes in the placement and price of beverages would impact consumer choice and retail profit.
The trials resulted in the reduction of approximately 36,500 sugary drinks at The Alfred each year, while maintaining financial viability for retailers. These trials received huge interest nationally and internationally.
