Referral process for Ngamai Wilam

We encourage you to be actively involved in your referral and to talk with your GP or referrer about your goals, preferences and what you hope to gain from the program.

Step 1: Read through the Ngamai Wilam suitability criteria

Step 2: Contact our Access and Intake Team on (03) 9076 4191 if you have any questions about the program or referral process

Step 3: Talk with your GP about your interest in Ngamai Wilam and work together to complete the Referral for Admission to Ngamai Wilam. This is an opportunity to share your goals, strengths and support needs

Step 4: Once we receive your referral, our Access and Intake Team will review it and contact your referrer with an update and information about the next steps
