Our Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Unit (CRU) conducts single and multi-centre investigator and industry-initiated studies.
The Infectious Diseases CRU conducts the highest quality clinical research to generate the evidence to improve our understanding and management of infectious diseases. This research ranges from first-in-human translational studies through to Phase III clinical trials and covers all aspects of infectious diseases including the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of infections.
We have subspeciality expertise in clinical trials for HIV, hepatitis C, infections in immunocompromised hosts, influenza, COVID-19 and bacterial infections requiring hospitalised care.
