Dr Aleksandr Voskoboinik
Dr Alex Voskoboinik is a cardiologist, specialising in electrophysiology.
Alex graduated Monash University Medical School in 2008 with First Class Honors and was the dux of his graduating year level. He won six academic prizes during his medical training. He completed his cardiology advanced training at The Alfred in 2015.
Alex is currently undertaking an Electrophysiology Fellowship and PhD at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Research Institute researching the impact of alcohol on atrial fibrillation. He is the recipient of an NHMRC and National Heart Foundation co-funded scholarship and the Baker Institute’s Bright Sparks Scholarship. He has over 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at numerous international cardiology conferences.
