This app is compatible with Apple and Android smartphones.
Make sure that you are in a public area inside The Alfred and that Data, Location Services and Bluetooth are enabled on your phone
Sometimes, hospital equipment such as MRI machines can interfere with the compass on your phone. You can fix this simply by pressing the blue icon on the top right of your screen while navigating. This turns the compass off, and should stabilise the map.
