Changes to Specialist Clinic Services
As part of our COVID-19 response plan, we are making significant changes to our Specialist Clinic (Outpatient) services.
This means services will be limited to urgent patients only, and where possible we will be delivering care through telehealth to reduce face-to-face contact.
Changing location of clinics
For people who still need to attend an appointment in person, the locations of the Specialist Clinics may change as we create room for other services.
So if you do attend an appointment in person, our staff and directional signage will help direct you to your clinic when you arrive. The following map may also help you get to your appointment if it has changed location.
If you have an appointment or referral with Alfred Health, our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment arrangements: please be on the lookout for information by SMS, telephone and post regarding your appointment.
You can find more information below about telehealth and how to participate in a telehealth consultation.
Do not attend if you have fever and respiratory symptoms
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or have been in contact with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19, do not attend Specialist Clinic appointments in person and refer to our screening clinic for information.
As always, if you are acutely unwell and require urgent care attend the Emergency Department.
