Improving nutrition

We are committed to maximising the health and wellbeing of the population by improving public nutrition.

To increase the availability of healthy food and drink options within our hospitals, we worked closely with onsite retailers to:

  • improve the healthiness of food options
  • review contractual obligations of suppliers
  • engage a panel of providers to meet event catering requirements
  • undertake a range of trials in onsite retail outlets
