Visiting Hours at The Alfred

General visiting hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM.

These hours are largely dependant on a patient's condition and their location. To confirm that the patient you wish to visit is likely to be available please phone ahead via the hospital switchboard on 9076 2000.

Visiting Hours at Caulfield Hospital

Visiting hours are largely unrestricted, but it is advisable to contact the unit you want to visit via the switchboard on (03) 9076 6000 before arriving

Visiting Hours at Sandringham Hospital

Visitors are welcome between 2.00pm and 8.00pm each day.

The Maternity Ward permits partners and children to visit from 8.00am to 12.30pm however between 12.30pm and 2pm each day the postnatal ward is kept as quiet as possible to allow mothers to rest. No visitors are allowed between 12.30pm and 2pm.
