As a patient (this includes both inpatients and outpatients) of The Alfred you may have some concerns about your hospital stay or service that you would like addressed.
Concerns should be addressed in the first instance to the Nurse Manager, doctor or health professional of that area.
You will be able to express any concerns or complaints that you have about your hospital experience without any fear of being disadvantaged.
If you feel that you would like further assistance The Alfred has a Patient Liaison Officer who acts as a facilitator to resolve complaints while ensuring that the rights and interests of both you and The Alfred are protected.
