Description of Service
The Caulfield Consulting Clinic offers comprehensive Specialist Consulting Services in a wide variety of Medical, Surgical and Psychiatric Specialities for all patients.

Bulk Billing is offered with the majority of specialists, however please enquire with our friendly and professional staff for any queries you may have regarding fee structure.
Referrals are required for most services - please check with our administration team.
Referrals must be obtained from your Medical Practitioner or from another Specialist. The referral will need to be faxed prior to an appointment being created. Please see above Clinic Session Times form for the appropriate fax number. Please attach recent Pathology/Test Results to the referral.
Advise the staff if an INTERPRETER is required for the appointment.
We are pleased to offer a comprehensive Geriatrician Service at Caulfield Consulting Clinic. The clinics run from Monday to Thursday and the patients are bulk billed.
Please refer to a geriatrician by name but if you would prefer the next available Geriatrician Service appointment to reduce waiting time, please state this in the referral. Comprehensive assessment with a management plan is available but must be requested in the referral, as a longer appointment is required.
Please note that immigration assessments are not available.
