If you would like to provide us with your feedback and help improve our services then we encourage you to join one of our consumer registers.
The consumer register is comprised of a group of consumers, carers and community members who are interested in hearing about opportunities to participate. You can choose to participate across the whole health service by joining the Alfred Health consumer register or you can choose to participate at any one of our hospitals. Registration forms for each hospital and for the health service are available below.
