With structured training and opportunities to complete post-grad studies, you'll rise to the most varied and challenging cases.

 

ICU

As a new staff member, you will have an individual orientation program to support your smooth transition into our ICU, including:

  • 3 weeks supernumery in a 12 week orientation program
  • An ACN and team leader supernumery in each pod to support you
  • Friendly experienced preceptors
  • 8 Clinical educators with educational coverage 7 days a week
  • ICU specific department orientation
