Description of Service

We offer short term therapy programs in the home, community and at our rehabilitation sites in Caulfield and South Melbourne.Individual and group treatment programs are conducted by members of an experienced interdisciplinary team:


• Occupational Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Speech Therapy
• Social Work
• Neuropsychology
• Dietetics
• Allied Health Assistant
• Community Health Nursing
• Rehabilitation Doctor

 Groups available include:

• Exercise Groups
• Hydrotherapy
• Walking Group
• Public Transport
• Communication
• Wellness Group
• Falls Education
• Upper Limb Group
• Community Access and Recreation Support

Who can access our service?

Our service is available to adults who are medically stable and live in:
• City of Glen Eira
• City of Stonnington
• City of Port Phillip
• City of Bayside  (North of South Rd)

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

Cost

There is a small cost per visit. Services will not be denied if you are unable to pay.
